Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped by UPS with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it implies additional costs. Whatever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packing costs, as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of your parcel. We recommend you to group all your items in one single order. We cannot merge two orders which have been placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The size of the boxes are adapted and your items are properly protected.
